Alyssa was an amazing agent. She helped me find my perfect first house instead of trying to convince me to go with a more expensive one, which would have meant more money for her. Her knowledge of Denver was really helpful for me, since I haven’t lived in Colorado long. Another thing I was very impressed by is her negotiation skills. I was referred to Sean by Ideal Agent which carefully vets the agents in its network to ensure that only the best are part of its program. Sean and I met for the first time January 16. He was professional, engaging and clearly knowledgeable about his job. He explained his system for selling homes which included providing me with access to a variety of service providers- stagers, cleaners, warranty providers, etc. to help me get my house ready for the photos and to go on the market. We came up with a good price point for listing the house and a timeline for going live that was three weeks after I met him. It was aggressive but I wanted to move quickly. Everything worked. The house garnered 28 showings and seven offers-all over ask. I ultimately accepted an offer for $125k over ask which was due to Sean’s great work in negotiating the price among multiple buyers. It all happened in less than a month and my closing is set to occur six weeks after I first met Sean. Some might attribute the quick sale to the “sellers market” and while that may have been a factor, I am more persuaded that only an experienced agent like Sean could have secured me the price I received despite the favorable market. The process from start to finish was a whirlwind, but worth the headache of having to pack and move so quickly because of the end result. I would absolutely recommend Sean to anyone seeking an agent. My husband and I were relocating to the Denver area and having our first baby within a few months so needed to find a house quickly. He and his team helped us to determine the write kind of price point, house, and neighborhood in a just a couple weekends and helped us close on a house within a month of getting to Denver. For those who don't know Denver's market, it can take up to 12 offers before you close on a house and we were able to do it by the 4th offer. He was very communicative with us throughout the process and was patient with us as we were first time homebuyers. Even after closing on the home he has also been available to make sure that we have everything coordinated for a smooth transition to move in. I definitely recommend him and his team!
